1.php.ini中开启extension=php_intl.dll

#开启此行并重启extension=php_intl.dll

1. 在安装时compser install后报

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: intl: Unable to initialize moduleModule compiled with build ID=API20160303,NTS,VC15PHP    compiled with build ID=API20160303,NTS,VC14#到php的官网中下载php的windows安装压缩包，原来php文件夹改名为php_bak，下载的官方包解压为php文件夹，#最后将wnmp中的php.ini复制到新的php文件夹中，并重启。#再composer install下ok了
